SiteMapIndexServlet	Creates a site map index of all per-book sitemaps.
SiteMapIndexServlet.JarSitemapIndexInitializer	Scans for additional sitemaps in META-INF/sitemap-index.xml of all JARs on application start-up.
SiteMapInitializer	Dynamically adds the SiteMapServlet to /sitemap.xml on each book.
SiteMapRobotsTxtInitializer	Dynamically adds a generated to /robots.txt only when no resource exists at /robots.txt.
SiteMapRobotsTxtServlet	Generates a /robots.txt including the sitemap index.
SiteMapServlet	Creates a sitemap of one book.
